  In my opinion, the Chef's Tasting Menu is an excellent choice and a good bet, if you prefer the selections available. My favorites on the menu were the celery root soup, very delicious and the Australian Lamb which was superb. High class, great presentation and perfect service. An exquisite fine dining experience, distinctly memorable in a certain way. I was grateful to have remembered my European table manners from attending a girls school in Switzerland, as I felt obligated to have proper manners here. Dress code is implied I believe, you will not feel out of place in fancy attire - at least I was not. But I remember wishing I brought a scarf to cover my shoulders, I was a little chilly (these are only my opinions.)

  Very bad. Arrived at 8:30. With few people in the restaurant our main dish was not served by nearly 10 pm. Went straight to doggy bags. A lot of attitude for wanting to be fed. Great anniversary dinner. Thanks Etoile, ain't doing that again!!!

  Amazing. Michael and his chefs created wonderful meals for my wife and me. I had the cauliflower soup, grilled octopus and the pheasant entree. All were delightful and dancing with flavors. The type of restaurant chefs dine at. High recommend.
